The acoustically modular panelling allows for flexibility and adaptability in the live room. Basic elements include an absorptive surface with a 'low frequency flowthrough' concept. This ports or channels bass frequency to adjacenct areas of the building, attenuating build up and allowing for a linear decay time and musical neutrality. Conversly in the closed position, the hardwood surface creates a revealing and reflective environment.

Original echo chamber currently outfitted with dual omni AKG 451s in coincident configuration with UREI 1108 microphone amplifiers.

 

The BAE 1028 is a hand-wired microphone amplifier / equalizer using Carnhill (St. Ives) transformers.  It has the exact same mic/line preamp as the NEVE 1073, but with significantly more frequencies in the mid and hi sections.  

The BAE 10DC limiter is a combination of two classic Neve compressors.  It has the side chain input section of the 33609 combined with a Class A amplifier stage more closely related to the 2254.
